Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Rental Riches (the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. Who we are

Rental Riches is a software-as-a-service product operated by Tanra Consulting LLC ("we", "us", "our"). "You" means the individual or organization using the Service.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction);
• Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or any organization you represent;
• Not be barred from using the Service under the laws of the United States or any other applicable jurisdiction.

3. Account registration and security

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when you register, and to keep it updated.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and any access credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• Notify us immediately at security@tanraconsulting.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• We strongly encourage you to enable two-factor authentication on your account.

4. Description of the Service

Rental Riches is a finance-tracking tool for short-term rental owners. It helps you record reservations, expenses, and related information; visualize your business in dashboards; and import data from rental platforms. The Service is not accounting software, tax-preparation software, or financial, legal, or tax advice. You should consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.

5. Subscription, billing, and trials

a. Plans and fees

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Pricing for each plan is shown on our Pricing page and may change with notice. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) until you cancel.

b. Free trial

We may offer a free trial for new accounts. Trial duration and terms are shown at sign-up. You won't be charged during the trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your account will convert to the plan you selected and you'll be charged.

c. Payment processing

We use Stripe to process payments. By providing payment information, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge the applicable fees to your payment method. You agree to Stripe's terms when you complete checkout.

d. Refunds

Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated when you purchase. If you cancel a paid subscription, your access continues until the end of the billing period you've already paid for; no refund is issued for the unused portion.

e. Taxes

Fees do not include taxes. You're responsible for any sales, use, value-added, or similar taxes applicable to your purchase.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
• Violate any third-party rights (privacy, IP, etc.);
• Upload viruses, malware, or otherwise interfere with the Service or its security;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code, except where law expressly permits;
• Use scrapers, bots, or automated means to access the Service in ways that exceed reasonable use or strain our infrastructure;
• Resell, sublicense, or repackage the Service without our written permission;
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person.

7. Your content; data ownership

You retain ownership of the operational data you enter into the Service (properties, reservations, expenses, uploaded files, comments — collectively, "Your Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, copy, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you.

You're responsible for the legality of Your Content and for having the right to upload it. You can export Your Content and delete your account at any time.

8. Our intellectual property

The Service — including its software, design, brand, logo, copy, and documentation — is owned by us and our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.

9. Third-party services

The Service may interoperate with third-party services (e.g., Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, Stripe). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. We're not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of any third-party service.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time from the account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or if we believe your activity poses a risk to the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends. We'll retain or delete Your Content as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR- FREE, OR SECURE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE OUTPUTS OF THE SERVICE (E.G., DASHBOARDS, REPORTS, PROJECTIONS) ARE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE; THEY ARE INFORMATIONAL ONLY.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Service, (b) Your Content, or (c) your violation of these Terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Seminole County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or via a prominent notice in the app at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Miscellaneous

• Severability — if any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
• No waiver — our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
• Assignment — you may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a corporate transaction.
• Entire agreement — these Terms (along with the Privacy Policy) are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
