Your data is yours — we don't sell it, share it, or use it to train AI/ML models without your explicit consent. See our Privacy Policy for the full breakdown.

Yes. Our CSV import auto-detects exports from Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com. For other platforms or your own spreadsheets, the import wizard walks you through mapping each column to the right field — and you can save that mapping for next time.

Starter covers 1 to 3 properties. Operator handles 4 to 10. Portfolio handles 11 to 20. For more than 20 properties, get in touch — we'll set up a Custom plan with volume pricing, property-manager seats, and migration help. You can upgrade or downgrade any time, and changes prorate automatically.

Your data stays put. You'll keep paid-tier access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. After that, your account becomes read-only — you can sign in, browse, and export everything you've already entered, but you'll need to resubscribe to add new reservations or expenses. We don't delete your data.

Yes — every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required up front. If a plan isn't the right fit after billing kicks in, you have a 14-day refund window, no questions asked.

Always. Your reservation and expense data can be exported to CSV at any time. We never lock your data in.
