Yes. We use HTTPS everywhere, encrypted database storage at rest, hashed passwords, and optional two-factor authentication on every account. Your data is yours — we don't sell it, share it, or use it to train AI/ML models without your explicit consent. See our Privacy Policy for the full breakdown.

Yes — two ways. CSV import auto-detects exports from Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com and runs through a column-mapping wizard for anything else. Or, on the Portfolio plan, just forward each booking confirmation email and our AI parser logs the reservation for you — no exports needed.

You get a personal Rental Riches inbox address. Forward any Airbnb / VRBO / Booking.com confirmation to it (manually or via a Gmail filter that auto-forwards) and we parse out the guest, dates, booking number, gross amount, cleaning fee, and platform commission, then create the reservation. Cancellation emails update the existing booking instead of duplicating. Available on the Portfolio plan; every parsed email is also logged in your Email Activity inbox so you can audit what was extracted.

Starter covers 1 to 3 properties. Operator handles 4 to 10. Portfolio handles 11 to 20. For more than 20 properties, get in touch — we'll set up a Custom plan with volume pricing, property-manager seats, and migration help. You can upgrade or downgrade any time, and changes prorate automatically.

Your data stays put. You'll keep paid-tier access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. After that, your account becomes read-only — you can sign in and view everything you've already entered, but you'll need to resubscribe to add new reservations or expenses. We don't delete your data.

Yes. Both the Reservations and Expenses lists have an Export CSV button that downloads exactly the view you're looking at — current filters, search, and date range included. Open the file in Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers, or hand it to your accountant. Your data is yours, always.
